Asks the City Manager to confer with the City Solicitor and the Director of the Traffic, Parking and Transportation Department to draft changes to relevant City ordinances to allow Cambridge residents using designated car-share automobiles to take advantage of all of the parking privileges available to residents who own their own cars, including the opportunity to park in resident-only spaces throughout the City and not just in their own neighborhoods without getting ticketed Councillor Kelley and entire membership
