That pursuant to Chapter 12.16.010 of the Cambridge Municipal Code prior to a City Council vote on acceptanceof St. Saveur Court as a public way, the matter be referred to the City Manager to provide the City Council with a review and report on the proposed acceptance within 35 days of the date of referral
