Curb cut policy be changed to include that the abutter notice be sent to persons who live next door, to property owners of record and to neighborhood associations and that notice to neighborhood associations include an option for the neighborhood associations to follow in the event the association would not meet within the required time period and the abutter forms be revised to reflect this change
