City Clerk forward a copy of Policy Order 12 adopted February 5, 2007, supporting the completion of a pedestrian bridge adjacent to a property owned by Mirant Kendall LLC and forward this order along with the Council's opposition to a variance application by Mirant to be heard Thursday, March 8, 2007 at the Board of Zoning Appeal in which Mirant is requesting relief from its obligation to construct this walkway
