Asks the City Manager to confer with the Police Commissioner, the Director of the Traffic, Parking and Transportation Department and the Assistant City Manager for Community Development to review the functioning of the traffic redesign at the intersection of Normandy Avenue and Blanchard Road and also to review any available accident statistics for that intersection with the view of determining whether the traffic calming measures instituted there are causing accidents because it has become more difficult to negotiate the intersection
