Asks the City Manager to reconfirm Order #24 from the May 22, 2006 City Council meeting that the City Manager notify the City Council if the City becomes engaged in negotiations vis-a-vis water or sewer connections related to the area known as the Silver Maple Forest in Belmont and further consult with the Council prior to taking any action with regard to development in this area
