Asks the City Manager to work with the City Arborist, the Commissioner of the Department of Public Works, the City Electrician, the Director of the Traffic, Parking and Transportation Department and any other relevant City staff, members of the Public Plantings Committee and other involved citizens to determine if putting utility lines under streets is feasible in Cambridge when streets are already being dug up and will not result in greater damage to tree roots
