Asks the City Manager to confer with the Director of Traffic, Parking and Transportation to evaluate the intersection of Route 16 and Whittemore Avenue with the view in mind of extending the hours during which a left turn into Whittemore is prohibited to encompass 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m and to confer with the Police Commissioner with the view of enforcement of the left turn prohibition at the corner of Whittemore and Route 16, the stop required by the stop sign on the corner of Kimball Street and Columbus Avenue, and more speed limit enforcement on Whittemore Avenue and Columbus Avenue
