Asks the City Manager to develop and implement relevant policies as outlined in the attached Chapter 260 of the Acts of 2006, amended by Chapter 310, Sections 8, 33 and 34, of the Acts of 2006 to carry out the new law that grants new property tax exemptions for disabled veterans, surviving spouses and Gold Star parents which also contains motor vehicle excise exemptions as well
