Asks the City Manager to transmit the attached response to Council Order No. 1 dated February 26, 2007 which provides possible language for an amendment to the zoning ordinance to permit covered bicycle parking without adding to the Gross Floor Area, to the City Solicitor to accompany the proposal in Order No. 19 of October 29, 2007 on allowing certain bicycle sheds to be exempt from the Gross Floor Area calculation
