Asks the City Manager to confer with the Director of Affirmative Action and the Personnel Director to report on the diversity of and make up of each City board and commission with regard to race, class and gender, and persons with disabilities, with the view toward determining whether there are under- representations in the make up of these organizations and, if so, developing a strategy to remedy any such under-representations
