Asks the City Manager to confer with the Director of the Arts Council to convene an annual or biannual meeting, organized by geographical location, with the arts organizations, the Department of Human Services, the Department of Public Works, the Chamber of Commerce, Cambridge Public School Department, Universities, and any other stakeholders to discuss the goals of the various arts organizations and what, if any collaboration could take place amongst each other
