That at the March 5 Housing Panel discussion, the 19.ORDER City Council will request the Cambridge Affordable Housing Trust, non-profit development organizations, city staff and Cambridge Housing Authority to explain the process by which decisions are made with respect to the acquisition, rehabilitation, and siting of new projects. This explanation will include, but not be limited to, discussion of financial and geographical factors, building type, community need and the impact of projects on neighbors and abutters
