Asks the City Manager to confer with the Commissioner of Inspectional Services and the Director of Environmental Health to determine how the City can play an active role in inspecting roof top mechanicals on commercial buildings to be sure they are functioning properly and within the noise ordinance and to determine whether or not the city could require upgrades to aging systems when appropriate, and to report back to the City Council
