Asks the City Manager to confer with the Director of Traffic, Parking and Transportation and report back to the City Council on the feasibility of changing after hours metered parking on streets adjacent and in the vicinity of the Court House (40 Thorndike Street) and Registry of Deeds (208 Cambridge Street) so that after 6:00 p.m. and until 8:00 a.m. parking at such meters becomes by resident parking sticker only
