Asks the City Manager to communicate to the Board of Library Trustees the City Council's belief that the dedication of an appropriate spot at the New Main Library in honor of the late, renowned storyteller Brother Blue is within the purview of the Trustees and that the City Council respectfully requests that the Trustees discuss this matter and asks that the Trustees consider an appropriate spot for a dedication for which the Executive Assistant of the City Council would be available to assist the Director of the Library in planning
