Asks the City Manager to confer with the Assistant City Manager for Human Services, the Assistant City Manager for Community Development and the Superintendent of Schools to report back to this City Council on what can be done to assist the Kesher After School Program, which is now located in the St. James Church property and will be displaced by the development currently scheduled to begin on June 1, 2010
