City Clerk is directed to insert the language quoted in the Second Whereas clause of this Order into the record copy of both the 2006 and 2009 contracts after the existing heading Section 10 Indemnification, and further to add to both contracts the omitted heading Section 11 Provisions, all as appeared in the 2002 contract
