Asks the City Manager to confer with relevant City staff, MBTA staff, the City of Somerville and any other entities that may have responsibility for the section of Linear Park stretching from the MBTA's Alewife Station to its Davis Square Station to determine what flooding, drainage, sightline, maintenance and traffic flow issues exist, who is responsible for addressing them and how they will be fixed
