Asks the City Manager to confer with relevant City staff on whether, and under what conditions, emails to both [email protected] and to individual Councillors, at both their personal and City emails, may be shared with the general public and what, if any, redaction of personal information should be done prior to such sharing, whether the sharing of an email is by forwarding it to others or by posting it to a website
