Asks the City Manager to confer with the Election Commission to report back to the City Council on what alternate arrangements were made, if any, to ensure that the elderly or disabled voters were able to vote, why there were no signs posted detailing alternative methods for voting and why no election booth was brought to the first floor when the elevator was reported out of order at the Baldwin School on September 6, 2012 and to look into the issue of accessibility at the King Open
