Asks the City Manager to confer with the Director of Traffic Parking and Transportation and the Police Commissioner and report back to the City Council on the City's efforts to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of current detours and traffic plans currently in place and our ability to adjust them if problems arise in relation to construction projects
