City Council go on record strongly urging the Cambridge Housing Authority to continue the discussion about transition and implementation with compassion of the smoking ban scheduled to go into effect August 1, 2014 in order to allow for a more robust discussion and greater collaboration with all of those who will be directly impacted by this policy change
