Asks the City Manager to direct the Executive Director of the Arts Council, the Department of Human Service Programs and the Community Development Department to work closely with neighborhood groups to develop a series of neighborhood based street activities, and recreational opportunities that include passive and active experiences. These may include movies, artistic performances, arts and crafts, games, etc. in order to promote positive programming and more creative uses of our streetscapes and public spaces
