Asks the City Manager to confer with relevant City staff and local residents to investigate traffic flow issues in this area, to include the side streets from Clifton to Cedar Streets, and to come up with a report of collisions in the area, traffic enforcement efforts in the area (to include a list of citations given) and possible safety improvements for the area to include fixed "School" signs with blinking lights during school hours by the Banneker School, traffic calming and issues particular to the large number of students on these streets going and coming from school
