Asks the City Manager to schedule a public meeting between the leadership of the Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA) and the City Council to discuss the CHA financial situation and the merging of the psychiatric emergency room with the medical emergency room and further that this public meeting be scheduled in the month of January 2015
