City Council, pursuant to Section 2.110.010 of the Cambridge Municipal Code, hereby authorizes the City Manager on behalf of the City to dispose of a long-term leasehold interest in the Foundry to the CRA in such form and manner, and at such time, as the City Manager reasonably determines is necessary or advisable
