Asks the City Manager to confer with all of the business associations and the Chamber of Commerce to encourage concierges, building management companies, hotel workers and management staff as well as any employees authorized to hail taxi/transportation services to utilize Cambridge taxi companies and be discouraged from using out-of-city transportation vendors as well as discouraging the practice of hailing Transportation Network Companies (TNCs) from the street
