Thanks to City Clerk D. Margaret Drury who among twelve other clerks in the Commonwealth appeared before the Supreme Judicial Court to challenge the 1913 statute that denies permission of out-of-state, same sex couples to marry in Massachusetts, who do not intend to reside in Massachusetts
