Declare January 12-February 11, 2011 to be a "Month of Remembrance and Rededication to Haiti" and urge all City institutions with bells to ring the bells for 30 seconds at noon on January 12th and all residents to observe 30 seconds of silence on January 12th for the lost and suffering in Haiti
