City Of Cambridge - CITY CLERK OFFICE, CAMBRIDGE MASSACHUSETTS Policy Order Resolution O-12 AMENDED ORDER IN CITY COUNCIL January 27, 2003 COUNCILLOR DECKER VICE MAYOR DAVIS COUNCILLOR GALLUCCIO COUNCILLOR MAHER COUNCILLOR MURPHY COUNCILLOR REEVES COUNCILLOR SIMMONS MAYOR SULLIVAN COUNCILLOR TOOMEY ORDERED: That the City Manager be and hereby is requested to write to NSTAR to obtain more information about the rate increases announced in the Boston Globe on January 23, 2003 and to express the City Council’s concern about the rate increases; and be it further ORDERED: That the City Manager be and hereby is requested to report back to the City Council on the information he receives from NSTAR and on how the rate increases will impact Cambridge and why NSTAR continues to raise rates; and be it further ORDERED: That said report contain information as to whether and how NSTAR has informed the municipality about these rate increases.
