That that City Manager is requested to confer with the Director of Traffic, Parking and Transportation with the intention of improving pedestrian safety at the intersections of Windsor, Sciarappa and Fifth Streets at Cambridge Street by installing pedestrian crossing traffic cones and report back to the City Council.
