WHEREAS: The intersection of Windsor, Sciarappa and Fifth Streets at Cambridge Street can be difficult for pedestrians to safely cross; and
WHEREAS: Pedestrian crossing signage placed on traffic cones within the crosswalks could improve the safety of pedestrians; now therefore be it
ORDERED: That that City Manager be and hereby is requested to confer with the Director of Traffic, Parking and Transportation with the intention of improving pedestrian safety at these intersections by installing pedestrian crossing traffic cones and report back to the City Council.
