That the City Manager is requested to confer with MassDOT and the Director of Traffic, Parking and Transportation to look into implementing a ban similar to Boston which states that trucks transporting hazardous materials will be banned from the City of Boston between 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. and must travel on Interstate 95 unless making a local delivery and report back to the City Council.
