The City Clerk Preliminary Screening Committee will meet to go into executive session to consider applicants and interview applicants for the position of City Clerk by a preliminary screening committee because doing so in an open session will have a detrimental effect in obtaining qualified applicants. This meeting will be held in person only, and there will be no Public Comment.
