To Whom it May Concern regarding Permit SBU0361542015:

This permit was filed back in December of 2015. We were told in person by a city official that it has been approved. We'd like to know why, 9 months later, this permit is tabled and still not approved. We'd furthermore like an explanation as to why no one was contacted in regards to more information that we needed to submit. How can we possibly expedite this process?
