Description: Cambridge Carnival International, Inc. is requesting that 3 banners announcing this year s Cambridge Carnival be hung in the City of Cambridge public right of way from 8/28/17 thru 9/11/17 at the following locations: Mass Ave in front of City Hall, 795 Massachusetts Ave, Mass Ave (Pearl/Norfolk) and JFK at Mount Auburn St The wording on the sign will read: "Cambridge Carnival International" Kendall Square, Sept. 10 Noon - 7 PM. Rain date, Sept. 24th" Note: The image of the sign that has been submitted with this petition has last dates on it. The sign will be exactly the same, it will just have this dates. Petitioner:
