Grafton Street is currently permitted for 6 tables and 18 chairs on the sidewalk which is setup in front of the restaurant on the Bow St side. This will increase the overall capacity of Grafton’s patio set up to 8 Tables and 22 Chairs.

[phone removed] Phone: Email: [email removed] Department of Public Works: The DPW will require that the proposed additional tables and chairs be placed adjacent to the curb and in line with the other street furniture on the block. The permit holder must commit to properly maintain the patio area throughout the year and if this stipulation is not met, the sidewalk permit will be revoked. This permit, if issued, will comply with the requirements of the 5 Year Streets and Sidewalk Plan. If approved, the petitioner will have to follow up with License Commission to modify their Common Victualler License and receive approval from the ABCC before the DPW will issue this permit.
