The permit holder must commit to properly maintain the seating area throughout the year and if this stipulation is not met, the sidewalk permit will be revoked. Note: This petition is for Dumpling Daughter only. The drawings submitted also shows seating for Vester, however, this petition is only for the 20 seats and 5 tables directly in front of Dumpling Daughter.
