Petitioner: Phone: [phone removed] Reviewed by: The Department of Public Works has reviewed this request and due to the super crosswalk in front of this location, the DPW is okay with having the requested tables and chairs in front of this premises as long as the tables are up against the building and are grouped as shown in the attached plan. The DPW may request that this setup be modified in the future should sidewalk regulations change.
