The appropriation of additional funds to the Adult Basic Education (ABE) grant received from the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) in the amount of $9,747 to the Grant Fund Human Services Salary and Wages account ($6,849), and to the Other Ordinary Maintenance account ($2,898) which will be used to add two classes for current students (a spelling class and a job readiness class), advising for those classes, and additional staff development for part-time teachers
