0-11 ORDERED: that $10,000,000 is appropriated, for the purpose of financing the design and construction of a multi-use path/greenway along the eastern Grand Junction railroad right of way from Broadway to the city line; and to meet this appropriation the Treasurer with the approval of the City Manager is authorized to borrow $10,000,000 under Chapter 44 of the General Laws or any other enabling authority.
