Transmitting Communication from Louis A. DePasquale, City Manager, relative to the appropriation of a grant from the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) through the HOME Program for $665,070 to the Public Investment Fund Community Development Extraordinary Expenditures account for $630,070, and to the Grant Fund Community Development Salary & Wages Account for $35,000 for program administration and will be used for activities that may include acquisition, moderate rehabilitation, substantial rehabilitation and new construction of housing units for low- and moderate- income families and individuals; and for the administration of the HOME program
