The appropriation of the Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) from the Office of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) in the amount of $220,976.00 to the Grant Fund Human Services Salary and Wages account ($16,573.00) and to the Grant Fund Human Services Other Ordinary Maintenance account ($204,403.00) which will be used for shelter operating costs, providing essential services to homeless persons outside of the shelter setting, rapid re-housing and homelessness prevention case management, and financial assistance needed to gain or retain permanent housing
