DePasquale, City Manager, relative to the appropriation of $450,000 from parking fund balance to the Public Investment Traffic and Parking Department Extraordinary Expenditures, for signal improvements at the intersection of Broadway and Ellery Street and in Porter Square both of which are critical elements of the City’s Vision Zero efforts, as well as additional costs related to other signal improvements
