The appropriation of additional funds to the Adult Basic Education (ABE) grant received from the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) in the amount of $121,360.00 to the Grant Fund Human Service Programs Salary and Wages account ($92,765.00), and Other Ordinary Maintenance account ($28,595.00) which will be split between an ESOL Program and a Certified Nursing Assistant/Home Health Aide (CNA/HHA) training program
