The appropriation of the Low Income Heating Assistance Program (LIHEAP) grant in the amount of $997,199.00 funded by the Federal Department of Health and Human Services and administered in Massachusetts by the Commonwealth’s Department of Housing and Community Development to the Grant Fund Human Services Salary and Wages account ($163,550.00), and to the Other Ordinary Maintenance account ($833,649.00) which will allow the the Department of Human Service Programs to operate the Low Income Heating Assistance Program serving Cambridge and Somerville
