The appropriation of the FY19 Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) STOP Grant for $42,169.68 received from the Executive Office of Public Safety and Security (EOPSS) to the Grant Fund Police Department Salaries and Wages account ($40,000) and the Other Ordinary Maintenance account ($2,169.68) which will provide funds to continue contracting with a civilian advocate to implement the Police Department’s Trauma Informed approach to policing
