The appropriation of a Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) Leadership Scholarship Program Grant funded from the State 911 Department in the amount of $10,000 to the Grant Fund Emergency Communications Salaries and Wages account ($3,790) and to the Grant Fund Emergency Communications Travel and Training account ($6,210) which will be used to cover personnel costs, training fees, and travel costs for the employee who receives the scholarship to attend a designated Leadership Certification Program
