Transmitting Communication from Louis A. DePasquale, City Manager, relative to the appropriation of an FY20 State 911 Department Emergency Medical Dispatch (EMD) Grant in the amount of $23,747 to the Grant Fund Emergency Communications Other Ordinary Maintenance Account which will be used to support administering quality assurance for the emergency medical protocol used by staff to provide pre and post-dispatch instructions for medical emergencies
